2007: Our apple trees haven't started bearing fruit yet, but we found a huge old tree at a neighboring farm.
Nobody sprays or prunes it, but it is covered with apples every year. We use them mostly for making apple sauce and cider. We also
hope to graft some buds from this tree onto soom rootstock that we planted at our farm.

June 2007--Working in the garden is so fun that we can't resist doing an occasional jig to celebrate.
